Accepted identity document types
Roobet’s official Level 2 verification instructions identify three categories: a passport, a driving licence, or another government-issued identity document. The instructions say identification documentation should include the front and back where applicable.
Use a current document belonging to you. Your account details should match the legal name, date of birth and other identifying information on the document. Never edit a document image, borrow another person’s ID or enter information that does not accurately identify you.

How to prepare a readable upload
- Open the verification area from your official account rather than a link sent through social media.
- Use bright, even lighting and keep all four corners of the document visible.
- Check that the legal name, date of birth, document number and expiry date are legible.
- Photograph both sides when the document contains information on the reverse.
- Avoid glare, blur, cropped edges, filters, screenshots of photocopies and obstructed details.
- Review the image before submitting and keep your account protected with a unique password and two-factor authentication.
Where to submit documents safely
Submit KYC files only through the official verification area reached from your account. An affiliate, streamer, Telegram contact, Discord moderator or referral-code operator cannot approve your verification and should never request copies of your ID.
Do not share your password, two-factor authentication codes, wallet recovery phrase or the recovery key generated when enabling 2FA. Roobet’s official 2FA guide specifically warns that the recovery key can be used to remove 2FA.

Common reasons an upload needs attention
A file may need to be submitted again when it is blurry, cropped, expired, missing a required side, difficult to read, or inconsistent with the account details. That list is practical preparation guidance—not a claim that any one issue automatically causes rejection.
Roobet says its compliance team reviews documents and may contact the account holder after manual review if further information is needed. Follow the message in your account or contact the official Help Center; no third party can override that review.
Document FAQ
Can I cover information on the document?
Follow the upload instructions shown in your account. Obscuring required identifying information can prevent a reviewer from completing the check.
Can an affiliate submit the documents for me?
No. Keep identity documents under your control and submit them only through your official account.
Does submitting a document guarantee approval?
No. Verification is a compliance decision, and the review team may request further information.
