Why Level 2 matters for tips
Roobet’s published “Sending Tips and Free Spins” instructions state that Level 2 must be completed to be eligible to tip or receive tips. The tipping screen asks for the recipient’s username, currency and amount. Entering the correct username matters because blockchain-style transfers and account tips should not be treated as reversible.
Level 2 currently requires an accepted government ID. Read our complete Level 2 guide or document checklist before uploading.

KYC and wagering are separate checks
Identity verification establishes account information and eligibility for particular features. It does not turn a tip into immediately withdrawable funds. Roobet’s current wagering-requirements article says received tips must be wagered at 30% of the tip amount before withdrawal under its AML policy.
For illustration, 30% of a $100 tip is $30 of required wagering. That is arithmetic, not a promise about balances, eligible games, outcomes or withdrawal approval. Check the amount and progress shown in the account because terms can change.

Before sending or receiving a tip
- Confirm that the account and region are eligible and that Level 2 shows as completed.
- Navigate to the tip feature from your signed-in account rather than a link sent in chat.
- Verify the exact recipient username, currency and amount before confirming.
- Keep screenshots free of balances, email addresses and other private information if asking for help.
- For a received tip, check the displayed wagering progress before attempting withdrawal.
- Contact official support for account-specific errors; an affiliate cannot enable the feature.
Common tip and KYC scams
No legitimate helper needs your password, two-factor code, identity image or wallet recovery phrase to send a tip. Do not pay an “activation fee” to a social-media account, and do not let another person sign in to complete verification.
A community moderator may explain public rules, but only Roobet can review KYC, confirm feature eligibility or investigate a missing transfer. If a tip does not appear, collect the time, sender and recipient usernames, currency and public transaction details without exposing credentials.
What Level 2 does not guarantee
- It does not guarantee a tip will be sent or received.
- It does not guarantee immediate withdrawal.
- It does not override regional restrictions or account reviews.
- It does not guarantee promotion, VIP or free-spin eligibility.
- It does not make wagering profitable or predictable.
