What Roobet publishes for Level 2
Roobet’s Help Center currently lists three accepted identity-document categories: a passport, driving licence, or government-issued identification document. Its instructions direct users to the verification page in account settings and say identification documentation should show the front and back where applicable.
This is a summary of the public Level 2 article, not a promise that one upload will be enough for every account. Compliance checks can depend on the document, account information and review. Follow the prompts displayed in your account if they differ from a general guide.

Level 2 verification steps
- Confirm that Roobet is legally available where you live. Do not use a VPN or false address to bypass restrictions.
- Sign in by navigating to Roobet yourself and open Account Settings → Verification.
- Select the requested document type and use a current document that belongs to you.
- Capture every requested side with all edges visible, even lighting and readable text.
- Check that your legal name and date of birth match the account information before submitting.
- Wait for the account message or official support response. Avoid sending duplicate files unless requested.
What manual review means
Roobet says its compliance team reviews verification documents daily and will contact the account holder if anything further is required. That does not establish a guaranteed completion time. “Reviewed daily” describes the review operation; it does not mean every case is approved within a day.
If more information is requested, read the exact message before uploading again. A request for another image is not necessarily a final rejection. The reviewer may need a clearer file, a missing side or additional information specific to the account.

Protect your identity documents
Upload files only in the official account verification area. Affiliates, streamers, Telegram contacts and Discord moderators cannot approve Level 2 verification and should not receive your ID. Never share a password, two-factor code or wallet recovery phrase with someone offering to “speed up” KYC.
What Level 2 can be required for
Roobet’s current tipping instructions say Level 2 must be completed to send or receive tips. That is a feature requirement, not a guarantee that every other account feature is enabled, that a withdrawal will be approved, or that a promotion will be available. Each feature can have additional rules.
